Sam Carter and Joe Wilson just called to report that Jack Brandon, former INT and DFW station Manager, passed away about 330pm today (Wednesday).
Jack was truly a Piedmont Airlines ‘original’. Many will remember his cartoons that appeared regularly in the PIEDMONITOR while others will remember him for providing them a home when a home was needed, his high respect as a station manager, his dedication and devotion to Piedmont that he so dearly loved and a just-all-around nice guy with a contagious smile and a lot of love for others.

He has donated his body to the Wake Forest University Medical Center for their use, research and training of medical students.

Arrangements at this time are incomplete but a memorial service is expected to be held soon. We will post Jack’s obituary on the www.jetpiedmont.com web site when it is available.
