John Barth

I am saddened to announce that John Barth passed away on Sunday March 11th. John began his career with Piedmont on August 1, 1973 in EWR and retired from USAirways on December 1, 2000 in MIA. He will be greatly missed by all his friends throughout the system.

I too, was saddened to hear of John's passing. We have been communicating during the past year on a regular basis. He put up a valiant fight. John will indeed be missed.

I just learned of John's passing. As the former station mgr in MIA I worked with John for many years. I am saddened by this news and my heart goes out to his family and all the MIA employees

I was saddened to hear of John's passing. John and I were acquainted before we went to MIA (Old Piedmont Guys). I was the manager of the Maintenance department in MIA, but John, Mike Blyth and I worked on several projects for the Company from our different perspectives.
He will be missed.
