PFAFFTOWN - Mrs. Shirley A. Folger, 65, died Thursday,
March 8, 2001, at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.
She was born Jan. 12, 1936, in Bozeman, Mont., to
Henry L. and Nina K. Anderson. Mrs. Folger was a homemaker
and a manager of World Mission Shop on Reynolda Road.
She was a member of Bethania Moravian Church. She was
preceded in death by her father. Surviving are her husband,
Sherl Folger of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Shari Crangle
of Lewisville, and Ms. Molly Bean of Winston-Salem; her mother,
Mrs. Nina Anderson of Independence Village, Winston-Salem;
a sister, Mrs. Marilyn Barber of Plantation, Fla.; and three
grandchildren, Savannah Crangle and Collin Crangle of Lewisville, and Rachel Bean of Winston-Salem. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 11, at Bethania Moravian Church, 5545 Main St., Bethania followed immediately by a reception at Pinebrook Country Club. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethania Moravian Church or Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
