I first knew and worked with Steve in the up-stairs Piedmont Galley and Lav Shop (what a combination), INT, circa 1987. With the USAir demise of INTMM, Steve and I ended up in the US Airways "off site" Composit Shop, CLT. When our senority would not hold that, we ended up in Hanger Bay 5, 2nd Shift, CLT.

Steve loved his motorcycles and died doing what he loved.

Due to health problems, I retired there July 1st, 2004 to Southport, N.C.; leaveing Steve Moore who worked with Steve Atkinson and I, in all the same shops, and Moore also ending in Hanger Bay 5, too.

Away I Would Fly;
and Be Free".

Steve's free now!
