I would like to post that my Dad, Bill Hamilton passed away in December, 1996. He worked for Piedmont Airlines 42 years at Tri-Cities Airport in Blountville, Tn. He received many perfect attendance awards. He lived and breathed "Piedmont". He retired when US Airways took the reins.
He truly loved his job @ TRI.

Sincerely, his daughter,

Diane, I responded to your post on another forum here but didn't connect you with my buddy, Bill Hamilton - sorry! I worked with Bill in TRI from '53 until '58 and what great times we had there. He was one of the best "ticket counter agents" we had - neat, clean, polished, courteous. He made us old hillbilly boys look good. While we met, unloaded and loaded the airplanes, your Dad - looking great in full uniform - handled the passengers. As Wayne said, he will be missed by many.

Sorry, you do not have permission to post/reply in this forum.
