Captain Darrell Lamar Stovall, age 76, of Marietta, GA, formerly of Maryville, TN, died Sunday, October 16, 2005. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday from the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge in Kennesaw with Dr. Sam Matthews officiating, burial in Pine Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Stovall was a Retired Pilot from Piedmont Airlines after 37 years of service and lifelong member of the Silver Eagles for Piedmont/Silver Eagles Darrell served in the Korean Conflict for the United States Marine Corps. He was a Shriner and member of the Masonic Temple New Providence Lodge # 128 F & A.M. in Maryville, TN., member of First United Methodist Church in Maryville, TN.
Survivors include daughters, Deborah Talbot of Marietta; Denise McAuley of
Acworth; sister, Elaine Montgomery of Louisville, KY; 4 grandchildren; and 3
great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at Winkenhofer from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Thursday prior to the funeral. Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m.
Saturday, October 29, 2005 at First United Methodist Church in Maryville, TN
with Rev. Brenda Carroll officiating.

Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw in charge of local arrangements.
