M404 Take-Off Chart

Does ANYONE have a take-off chart for a M404? I would give my right arm (well, maybe my Left arm) for one. If I had a choice of cities I would much prefer ROA during the 1960's, but would be most appreciative for a copy from any city we served during that time. I have a M404 load chart, and a wind angle graph. I just need a take-off chart. Other preferred cities would be: AVL, BLF, CRW, HTS, RIC, LYH, HKY, but would be happy to get one from ANY PI city!

Would also love to have a copy of the NWS card with all the weather symbols, or a copy of the section from the PI manual that explains how to read weather.

Should anyone happen to have such, could you please mail a copy to me at:
12401 Bristol Bay Pl, Louisville, KY, 40245

Also... Does anyone out there happen to be in possession of all, or part of, a ground operations manual from the 60's or 70's? I need some info from a couple of sections.
